Universal herb
Curly parsley is a universal herb suited to flavoring various dishes including soups, sauces, meat, fish, potatoes, and stuffing. It is frequently used as a decorative garnish. Similarly to lemon balm, curly parsley will lose its aroma when cooked and should be added last.
